Dear Lancaster Families,

There is an EARLY RELEASE on Wednesday, February 11th at 1:30 PM.

1:25- Buses and Walkers dismiss

1:30- Parent Pick Up, Create & Discover, and Boys’ & Girls’ Club dismissal time

District staff will be participating in relevant professional development training in the afternoon.

What a fabulous day on Friday, full of 100s of EVERYTHING! I loved the creative t-shirt designs, including Patriot’s stickers, “popcorn” pom poms, and hand-drawn creations. Thanks to all the parents who brainstormed ideas, re-purposed materials, and often co-created the final product. Special thanks to Nurse Casey, who led students in 100 mid-day exercises over the loudspeaker. The cafeteria delivered a delicious 100 day cake for the whole school. Thanks to Ms. Chris, Ms. Liz, Ms. Donna, and Ms. Denise for making this happen! I’m sure everyone slept WELL last night!

Last call for Variety Show Sign-Ups. See the attached flyer. Here are the important dates:

Kindergarten-2nd grade auditions- Tuesday, 2/17 at 3:00-4:00

3rd-5th grade auditions- Wednesday, 2/18 at 3:00-4:00

Dress Rehearsal- Monday, 3/9 at 3:00-4:00

Variety Show in the SHS Performing Arts Center (PAC)- Wednesday, 3/11 at 5:00 PM

PTA Corner:

PTA Meeting on Tuesday, February 10th at 6:00-7:00 PM in the library
