last day wrap-up... have a great summer!
Dear Lancaster Families,
What beautiful weather to end the ‘25-’26 school year with! There were so many hugs, tears, and warm goodbyes among students & staff members. I will genuinely miss this 5th grade class. Mrs. Caron & Mrs. Iacono led us in a memorable assembly as we celebrated the achievements of our students. Thanks again for all the food donations for the 5th grade breakfast and their bucket of treats!

A message from the PTA:
🎉 What a year it has been! 🎉
As we wrap up the school year, we're incredibly proud of everything we've accomplished together.
✨ 14+ events hosted
💚 $27,380 raised
👥 53 PTA members
Because of your support, we were able to fund field trips, learning assemblies, staff appreciation events, 5th grade celebrations, and continue building toward future playground improvements.
From Popsicles on the Playground and Trunk or Treat to the Enchanted Ball, Color Run, Read-a-Thon, and End-of-Year Carnival, every event was made possible by the dedication of our volunteers, families, staff, and students.
Thank you for your time, generosity, and support throughout the year. Together, we've created memorable experiences and opportunities for our school community.
Here's to an amazing year and an even brighter one ahead! 💙💛

I’ve attached the Salem School District year-long calendar to this post. It’s a good idea to start plugging important dates into your calendars at home.
The first day of school for students is Wednesday, September 2nd.
Finally, I’ll send out my first back-to-school ParentSquares in early August. Class lists will be posted mid-August, and students will learn who their teacher will be then. I’ll be around much of the summer in between some short vacations. Feel free to email me at laura.livie@sau57.org or message me on ParentSquare. I look forward to seeing Lancaster kids back on Wednesday, September 2nd! Hope you have an incredible summer with your family!
