PTA Trunk-or-Treat news!
Dear Lancaster Families,
It was another solid week of learning at Lancaster. “Learning” is a pretty broad term, as students are learning literacy, math, writing, science… AND how to make a friend, how to share toys/games, and how to keep hands to themselves. It’s a LOT of fun & work to be a kid!
Some students were disappointed that the Salem Scramble is cancelled tomorrow. I’ve also heard from some parents that they’re a little bit relieved that many sports practices & games were cancelled due to the nor’easter. Sometimes low-key Saturday mornings are the best!
We had our first Friday STAR Student today! Students who consistently showed safe behavior were celebrated for their smart choices. If you follow us on Facebook, you can see Friday STARS here: Lancaster Elementary School
Playoff Spirit Day: Tuesday, September 29th! It’s playoff baseball season! To mark the start of the postseason on Tuesday, September 29th (and the Red Sox clinching a spot), all students and staff are invited to wear Red Sox or any baseball gear to school. Grab your favorite jersey, tee, or cap and help us celebrate opening day of the playoffs!
Finally, Fridays in October will be “wear ORANGE” for students & staff.
